Assist engineers, test operators and other technicians to develop, set up, and conduct design validation and life test of beverage equipment, components and software.


  • Sets up, inspects and tests production and prototype products and components for performance, reliability and quality.
  • Independently troubleshoots test equipment and product failures to the sub-assembly level.
  • Prepares sketches and wiring / plumbing diagrams for test equipment.
  • Selects and purchases test components.
  • Develops and maintains bills of material for test equipment.
  • Builds, verifies and repairs cables, special fixtures and test equipment.
  • Drafts test procedures.
  • Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
  • Follows detailed instructions and maintains precise records.
  • Performs common tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Participates in Quality Work Groups (QWG) and continuous quality improvement activities.
  • Ability to travel on short notice. (domestic - infrequent - short duration).
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • PLC system development and ladder logic experience.
  • HVAC Experience


  • High school diploma or GED with minimum 5 year technical/vocational education (demonstrated skills and aptitude may substitute.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competence in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software.
  • Basic algebraic skills and working knowledge of basic electricity, i.e., ohms law.
  • Ability to read and analyze mechanical prints.
  • LabView or similar automated test software experience desired.
  • Firm understanding of tolerances with ability to calculate limits based on specifications.
  • Working knowledge of soldering techniques and terminal crimping hand tools.
  • Mechanical assembly skills.
  • Hands-on experience with commonly used electronic test instruments such as voltmeter, ammeter, oscilloscope, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with commonly used inspection instruments such as caliper, micrometer, pin gages, thread gages, etc. desired
