Support Service business pricing of service contracts for the Sales team.


  • Key focal point to price services for the sales team
  • Create and maintain standard price list
  • Develop and test innovative pricing strategies for bundled and discrete service offerings
  • Review contracts/ service agreements for pricing adjustments
  • Work with product management to understand failures rates by product type
  • Work collaboratively with sales and operations to achieve profit and revenue goals
  • Maintain data base of competitive pricing for various service offerings
  • Present to the leadership team pricing and margin analysis pro forma's on major deals
  • Organize and manage pricing teams
  • Present pricing proposal to prospective customers
  • Manage and improve the pricing/quoting process
  • Establish in conjunction with product management services pricing on new products prior to release
  • Establish and achieve turnaround time metrics on pricing proposals
  • Be the key contact for pricing inquires


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Engineering; MBA preferred
  • Strong understanding of value based pricing
  • 5-10 years' experience in B to B service pricing
  • Knowledge of cost of readiness for 5X8 to 7X24 service
  • Knowledge of parts warehousing, distribution and shipping
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication
  • Outstanding listening skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively cross functionally
