Overview

Support the CFO, Controller and General Accounting Manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance Department.  This position will support treasury activities as well as financial reporting through strong analytical and communication skills and achieving a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Treasury
    • Assist with banking activities.
    • Prepare daily cash templates, cash flow forecasts, and monitor/explain variances.
  • Financial
    • General maintenance of Concur application including processing of payments.
    • Maintenance of detailed spreadsheets and reports.
    • Reviews responsible accounts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
    • Oversees accounting operations, or a complex segment of the accounting function.
    • Provide accounting support by researching and interpreting data.
  • Reporting
    • Prepares reports and other documents through communications with other departments that project the company’s financial position.
    • Prepare and analyze expense and other accounting reports.
  • Annual Audit
    • Prepare assigned schedules for the annual and interim audit.
  • Project work as assigned.
  • Other
    • Performs work under minimal supervision.
    • Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
    • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
    • Possesses good analytical and problem-solving
    • High level of quality in all work.
    • Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to others.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Accounting required, CPA preferred; 5+ years work experience, cash management experience a plus; excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel; SAP experience preferred; ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
