  • Overview

    As a Regional Account Manager, Ontario, this position will work closely with our Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Canada, in support of the assigned accounts and market, while meeting or exceeding budgeted sales growth within the assigned markets.


      • Responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining strategic relationships with all assigned and identified customers along with providing profit-driven product and service solutions.
      • Embrace and effectively communicate our North American sales strategies and execution plans to the assigned and prospective customer base.
      • Plan and coordinate tradeshows in the assigned sales region.
      • Report and work with the Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Canada on assigned accounts to meet sales and market share targets.
      • Develop and manage programs that address current and anticipated business opportunities for our customers  based in the assigned region.
      • Fully utilize BUNN360 (Salesforce CRM system experience preferred) and comply with the input/output required on assigned commercial chains and division objectives. Meet and exceed customer contact activity requirements.
      • Gather forecasting information on a regular and timely manner from assigned accounts to ensure “best practice” sales forecasting and on-time delivery of BUNN products.
      • In conjunction with the Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Canada, assign commercial volume target to each assigned account on an annual basis. Develop an understanding of BUNN market share for products and services.  
      • Perform within travel, trade show, consigned equipment and other expense budgets.
      • Ensure that all administrative policies and procedures are adhered to completely and in a timely manner.
      • Represent BUNN at domestic trade shows, conferences and industry forums with professional sales skills and within policies of the company.
      • Interact with Strategic Account Managers, Regional Account Managers, Marketing, Technical Services, and Zone Technical Managers to grow the business both directly within assigned accounts and throughout the entire BUNN enterprise.


    • University Degree and 2 plus years of experience within a business to business sales and marketing role.
    • Ability to develop relationships at a senior management level with large and complex companies.
    • Working knowledge of food service beverage industry, associated equipment, and support services. (Coffee knowledge a plus)
    • Customer project management skills with a focus on delivering on time and on budget.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to Travel. 
    • Demonstrated decision-making and leadership skills are essential for success.
    • Structure, follow up and exceptional communication skills, including tact and diplomacy, are essential to this position.
    • Comfortable having critical conversation with a focus on positive resolution.
    • Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (Ontario, Canada).
