    As the VP of Sales & Marketing, Canada, this position will lead, develop and support our Sales and Service initiatives across Canada. Reporting directly to the Senior VP of Sales, The Americas, you will work with Strategic Accounts, lead the Canadian Sales & Marketing, BUNNserve and Field Service Engineer departments.

    Responsibilities

    • Direct all Sales, Marketing and Service initiatives across Canada in keeping with our global strategies and performance requirements.
    • Develop and mentor all team members by providing personal opportunities for growth and continuous learning.
    • Be responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining strategic account relationships while providing profit-driven product and service solutions.
    • Manage product development needs within identified categories and across platforms. Develop business strategies relating to new products for additional market penetration. Manage complex sales cycles through all development phases.
    • Report and work with Senior VP of The Americas to meet sales and market share targets.
    • Develop and manage programs that address current and anticipated business opportunities for BUNN Canada strategic customers.
    • Develop internal relationships with key stakeholders within the BUNN organization.
    • Assist and support Global account initiatives (distribution and/or commercial chain).
    • Fully utilize BUNN360 (Salesforce CRM system) and comply with the input/output required on assigned commercial chains and division objectives. Meet and exceed customer contact activity requirements.
    • Provide forecasting information on a regular and timely manner to ensure “best practice” sales forecasting and on-time delivery of BUNN products.
    • In conjunction with Senior VP of The Americas, assign commercial volume targets to each strategic account on an annual basis. Develop an understanding of BUNN market share for products and services.
    • Perform within travel, trade show, consigned equipment and other expense budgets.
    • Ensure that all administrative policies and procedures are adhered to completely and in a timely manner.
    • Represent BUNN at domestic trade shows, conferences and industry forums with professional sales skills and within policies of the company.
    • Interact with all BUNN stake holders to grow the business both directly within Canada and throughout the entire BUNN enterprise.

    Qualifications

    • University degree and/or 10 plus years of experience within business to business Sales & Marketing role. Demonstrated experience managing a high-performance Sales and Service team.
    • Ability to develop relationships at a senior management level with large and complex companies.
    • Working knowledge of food service beverage industry, associated equipment, and support services. (Coffee knowledge a plus)
    • Customer project management skills with a focus on delivering on time and on budget.
    • Will be required to demonstrate sound judgment in the commitment of BUNN resources, including property, technology, financial, and personnel.
    • Travel is required, up to 40% annually and could vary from customer and company needs.
    • Strong financial understanding and acumen.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities in a rapidly changing, globally-focused environment.
    • Project management skills with a focus on delivering on time and on budget.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead the efforts of a demographically dispersed sales force.
    • Exceptional communication skills, including tact and diplomacy, are essential to this position.
    • Comfortable having critical conversation with a focus on positive resolution.
    • Ability to communicate with individuals of varying levels of technical acumen.
    • Demonstrated decision-making and leadership skills are essential for success.
    • Bi-lingual English / French a plus as one of the languages.
    • Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (Ontario, Canada).
