  • Overview

    Manages the International Dept’s Administration and Operations.

     Manages distribution facilities in Europe, Asia and Brazil.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervises International order administration personnel.
    • Help International Account Administrators in the US, China, UK , Mexico and Brazil with questions and problems including SAP order, quotes and inventory issues.
    • Assists in developing or improving International order administration processes.

    • Ensures proactive and effective communication between BUNN and the personnel running our Europe and Asia warehouses.
    • Support European, Asia and Brazil third party warehouse operations. This includes monitoring stock levels and product mix; replenishing stock; monitoring processes and procedures; monitoring and controlling warehousing and shipping costs; other related items.
    • Evaluating and orchestrating the set up or changes related to overseas warehouses as needed.
    • Assist Director of Operations by creating and implementing policies and procedures relating to Europe, Asia and Brazil distribution facilities.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    College degree preferred, but not required. (B.A. of Business Administration or other related degree), or equivalent of 5-7 years of related experience.  Process and detail oriented, assertive and motivated, excellent communications skills, (verbal, written, and listening).  Bilingual in English, Spanish and /or another foreign language (both written and verbal) desired. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Sales force & SAP software. Working knowledge of Bunn-O-Matic’s complete product line desired. Previous sales/customer service background desired. Ability to travel internationally.
