  • Overview

    Performs a broad range of service parts planning and logistics duties including daily and routine reporting, as well as special projects; requires a significant level of communication with all locations and levels of company employees and other stakeholders; understands business problems and opportunities in the context of business processes, policies and software; interprets and transforms information based on business requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Review/manage obsolescence of all service parts to ensure the service vans have correct parts
    • Maintain service van inventory levels to ensure proper coverage of service calls
    • Reporting on key metrics on a weekly/monthly basis
    • Develops and maintains Service Parts planning, logistics and budgeting for the global organization
    • Manages and maintains data integrity and accuracy
    • Analyzes service parts planning and budget metrics for propriety and competitor parts supported by BUNN
    • Prepares regular and ad hoc reports
    • Works independently with and proficiently interacts with team members, organization wide, in Service Parts planning and logistics budget development
    • Effectively communicates, both verbally and in writing, with team members at all levels within the organization
    • Recommends improvements to and assists in the implementation of planning, budget for service organization processes, including use of software tools
    • Responsible for handling multiple assignments and project loads
    • Participates ln the company quality improvement process
    • Performs special projects, assignments or other duties as requested

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting, Economics, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field required
    • Experience with SAP/ BI and SAP Advanced Planning or Sales & Operations Planning software are preferred APICS or ISM certification and experience with Salesforce are a plus
    • Minimum five years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Ability to handle simultaneous requests; ability to effectively work cross-functionally with strong collaboration skills
    • Detail oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and communicate new process recommendations and technologies ability to identify issues/opportunities and recommend solutions
    • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional proficiency in Excel
    • Well-organized
    • Ability to set priorities and complete work on time and within budget.
